混凝土攪拌機(jī)在工作的時(shí)候需要保證它自身的溫度，如果過冷或者溫度過高的話，會(huì)造成設(shè)備在質(zhì)量上的損壞，也會(huì)造成它的工作效率上的問題等，那么在如何保持其溫度的問題上，我們應(yīng)該怎么做才是好措施呢?

一、設(shè)備中骨料倉：骨料倉保溫主要是搭設(shè)保溫棚，保溫棚高度須滿足裝載機(jī)上料高度。
1、 Aggregate bin in the equipment: the insulation shed is mainly set up for the aggregate bin, and the height of the insulation shed must meet the loading height of the loader.
二、設(shè)備中皮帶機(jī)：皮帶機(jī)保溫主要采用保溫棉或防寒氈對四周進(jìn)行覆蓋，防止砂石熱量散失。
2、 Belt conveyor in the equipment: insulation cotton or cold proof felt is mainly used to cover the surrounding area to prevent heat loss of sand and stone.
三、攪拌主機(jī)：根據(jù)攪拌罐車的特點(diǎn)攪拌主機(jī)位于攪拌樓內(nèi)，冬季到來時(shí)將攪拌樓四周封閉嚴(yán)實(shí)，內(nèi)部采用 2KW 的發(fā)熱管加熱，具體安裝發(fā)熱管數(shù)量根據(jù)氣溫而定。
3、 Mixing machine: according to the characteristics of the mixing tank car, the mixing machine is located in the mixing plant. When winter comes, the surrounding of the mixing plant will be sealed tightly, and the internal heating pipe is heated by 2kW heating pipe. The specific number of heating pipes installed depends on the temperature.
四、設(shè)備中的主機(jī)攪拌機(jī)啟動(dòng)前，攪拌手必須檢查各部件動(dòng)作是否靈活，加熱攪拌機(jī)減速器，防止啟動(dòng)負(fù)荷過大燒毀控制電器。
4、 Before the main mixer in the equipment is started, the mixer must check whether the action of each part is flexible, and heat the mixer reducer to prevent the control electrical appliances from burning out due to excessive starting load.
