No matter what kind of concrete mixer, the working principle is the same, but there are slight differences in some places. According to the analysis of a large number of accidents that have happened in the past, the concrete mixer is easy to cause accidents in the following five parts and links during the operation:

1.攪拌機(jī)的攪拌漏斗部位

1. Mixing funnel of mixer

每年都會(huì)發(fā)生多起事故。例如當(dāng)攪拌機(jī)攪拌料斗發(fā)生故障時(shí)，操作人員需要料斗內(nèi)的混凝土，如果這時(shí)有人誤操作機(jī)械，清理的人員會(huì)受到傷害;當(dāng)攪拌裝置發(fā)生故障時(shí)，維修人員在料斗內(nèi)修理攪拌裝置，當(dāng)另一個(gè)人開始測(cè)試是否修好時(shí)，維修人員會(huì)受到傷害。

There are many accidents every year. For example, when the mixer hopper fails, the operator needs to clear the concrete in the hopper. If someone mistakenly operates the machine, the cleaning personnel will be injured; when the mixing device fails, the maintenance personnel repair the mixing device in the hopper, and when another person starts to test whether it is repaired, the maintenance personnel will be injured.

2.側(cè)翻

2. Rollover

當(dāng)混凝土攪拌機(jī)展開時(shí)，由四個(gè)支腿支撐整個(gè)攪拌機(jī)的重和正在工作的混凝土攪拌機(jī)量，如果建筑工地不平實(shí)，攪拌機(jī)支腿受力不均，就會(huì)側(cè)翻。

When the concrete mixer is deployed, the weight of the whole mixer and the amount of concrete mixer in operation are supported by four legs. If the construction site is not smooth and the force on the legs of the mixer is uneven, it will roll over.
                

3.攪拌機(jī)在收車時(shí)容易發(fā)生傾覆

3. The mixer is prone to overturn when the vehicle is closed

曾經(jīng)發(fā)生多起由于誤操作產(chǎn)生的攪拌機(jī)傾覆事故，當(dāng)完成澆筑任務(wù)時(shí)，操作工人急于收工，在沒有收回布料桿時(shí)，開始收回支腿，造成翻車事故。

There have been many accidents of mixer overturning due to misoperation. When the pouring task is completed, the operators are eager to stop work and start to take back the outrigger when the boom is not recovered, resulting in rollover accident.

4.觸電

4. Electric shock

與吊車觸電事故類似。由于混凝土攪拌機(jī)在布料作業(yè)時(shí)，布料桿需要舉高作業(yè)，臂架容易靠近施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)附近的高壓電線，造成觸電事故。

It is similar to the electric shock accident of crane. The boom is easy to be close to the high-voltage wire near the construction site, resulting in electric shock accident.

5.布料作業(yè)

5. Cloth work

布料作業(yè)時(shí)，混凝土攪拌機(jī)操作工人與布料澆筑作業(yè)的建筑工人配合協(xié)同不好，如果雙方違反操作規(guī)程，容易造成事故。

When placing concrete, the cooperation between the concrete mixer operators and the construction workers for placing concrete is not good. If both sides violate the operation rules, it is easy to cause accidents.
