混凝土攪拌機(jī)耐磨件的檢查主要有兩個方面：
There are two main aspects in the inspection of wear-resistant parts of concrete mixer
1、缸體襯板的磨損程度檢查，針對攪拌臂和攪拌刀的檢查要少每周一次，保持良好的清潔工作，并且要注意查看是不是有松動移位的現(xiàn)象，如果磨損的程度達(dá)到一半，就要注意更換，襯板厚度2-3mm時，須更換。
1. Check the wear degree of cylinder liner. Check the mixing arm and mixing knife at least once a week. Keep good cleaning and check whether there is looseness and displacement. If the wear degree reaches half, pay attention to replacement. When the thickness of liner is 2-3mm, replace it.
2、螺栓松緊度也要及時進(jìn)行檢查，一般來說新?lián)Q的攪拌機(jī)耐磨件工作兩天就要進(jìn)行檢查，查看是不是有松動現(xiàn)象。
2. The tightness of bolts should also be checked in time. Generally speaking, the wear-resistant parts of the new mixer should be checked in two days to see if they are loose.
注意：攪拌刀要定期的進(jìn)行調(diào)整，這樣才能保證發(fā)揮正常功效，如果不調(diào)整，很可能在攪拌過程中，導(dǎo)致攪拌刀的斷裂，并且加速磨損。
Note: the mixing knife should be adjusted regularly, so as to ensure its normal function. If it is not adjusted, it may lead to the fracture of the mixing knife and accelerate the wear during the mixing process.
