Today, we are aiming at the occurrence of oil leakage to talk about the harm to the automatic feeding mixer itself! And for the emergence of the problem gives the corresponding solution skills.

在冬季起車時(shí)，若因預(yù)熱不足，油溫度就會(huì)出現(xiàn)過(guò)低。當(dāng)油液、油封未達(dá)到工作溫度時(shí)，自動(dòng)上料攪拌機(jī)在整個(gè)起車過(guò)程中，就需停罐怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10min20min，待油溫達(dá)到正常狀態(tài)后，再開(kāi)始進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)罐工作。

When starting in winter, the oil temperature will be too low due to insufficient preheating. When the oil and oil seal do not reach the working temperature, the automatic feeding mixer needs to stop the tank and idle for 10min to 20min during the whole starting process. After the oil temperature reaches the normal state, the tank can be rotated.

若使用時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)，油封在達(dá)到正常磨損的情況下，就需對(duì)油封進(jìn)行更換。

If the service time is too long, the oil seal needs to be replaced under the condition of normal wear.

液壓油缸時(shí)間未得到有效更換，或?yàn)V芯質(zhì)量不合格，液壓油過(guò)臟，會(huì)加快油封磨損速度。盡快對(duì)自動(dòng)上料攪拌機(jī)的液壓油及濾芯進(jìn)行更換。

If the time of hydraulic cylinder is not effectively replaced, or the quality of filter element is unqualified, and the hydraulic oil is too dirty, the wear speed of oil seal will be accelerated. Replace the hydraulic oil and filter element of the automatic feeding mixer as soon as possible.
           

液壓油出現(xiàn)變質(zhì)、乳化，潤(rùn)滑性能下降，加快油封磨損速度，盡快更換液壓油、濾芯，嚴(yán)重時(shí)，還應(yīng)對(duì)自動(dòng)上料攪拌機(jī)的相關(guān)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行清洗。

The hydraulic oil deteriorates and emulsifies, the lubrication performance decreases, the oil seal wear speed is accelerated, and the hydraulic oil and filter element are replaced as soon as possible. When it is serious, the relevant systems of the automatic feeding mixer should be cleaned.

傳動(dòng)軸動(dòng)平衡失效，擺動(dòng)量大，引起主軸擺動(dòng)油封偏磨。及時(shí)對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行校正或更換。

The dynamic balance failure of the transmission shaft and the large swing caused the eccentric wear of the main shaft swing oil seal. Correct or replace the transmission shaft in time.

系統(tǒng)回油不暢，回油管或散熱器發(fā)生堵塞，造成泵馬達(dá)殼腔壓力加大，引起油封漏油。排除堵塞情況，并保證回油循環(huán)達(dá)到順暢。

The oil return of the system is not smooth, and the oil return pipe or radiator is blocked, which increases the pressure of the pump motor housing cavity and causes oil leakage of the oil seal. Eliminate the blockage and ensure the smooth return oil circulation.

散熱器不散熱而造成油溫過(guò)高，粘度、潤(rùn)滑性下降、油封過(guò)熱密封失效。及時(shí)排除散熱器故障，盡快為系統(tǒng)降溫，避免泵馬達(dá)出現(xiàn)磨損情況。必要時(shí)應(yīng)讓自動(dòng)上料攪拌機(jī)熄火，用水沖洗泵馬達(dá)、散熱器殼體，以達(dá)到降溫效果。

If the radiator does not dissipate heat, the oil temperature will be too high, the viscosity and lubricity will be reduced, the oil seal will overheat and the seal will fail. Remove the radiator fault in time, cool the system as soon as possible, and avoid the abrasion of the pump motor. If necessary, the automatic feeding mixer should be turned off, and the pump motor and radiator shell should be washed with water to achieve the cooling effect.
