The self loading mixer has the advantages of fast and clean discharge, convenient maintenance, time-saving and labor-saving, ensuring that the concrete carried will not solidify; it is widely used in construction enterprises such as expressways, bridges, power stations, dam construction projects and large and medium-sized prefabrication plants. The concrete self loading mixer should be cleaned every day. The concrete solidifies in the mixing tank. If it takes a long time, it will cause corrosion. The car will get heavier and heavier if it doesn't clean for a long time. Here is everyone's daily cleaning procedure.

1、自上料攪拌機(jī)每次灌裝前用水沖洗進(jìn)料口，以便在灌裝過(guò)程中保持進(jìn)料口濕潤(rùn)。

1. Flush the feeding port with water before each filling from the feeding mixer, so as to keep the feeding port moist during the filling process.

2、在裝載的同時(shí)，將裝有車輛的洗滌水箱裝滿水。

2. At the same time of loading, fill the washing water tank with water.

3、充電后沖洗進(jìn)料口，清洗進(jìn)料口附近殘留的混凝土。

3. After charging, flush the inlet and clean the residual concrete near the inlet.

4、在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)卸載后，沖洗排放槽，然后在全自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌槽中加入30-40L清洗水；在自上料攪拌機(jī)輛返回時(shí)保持混凝土儲(chǔ)罐緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)。

4. After unloading at the construction site, flush the discharge tank, and then add 30-40l cleaning water into the automatic concrete mixing tank; keep the concrete tank rotating slowly when returning from the loading mixer vehicle.
              

5、在下次裝貨前，記得放下自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌槽中的污水。

6、每天清潔自上料攪拌機(jī)攪拌槽和工作周圍的進(jìn)出口，確認(rèn)沒(méi)有水泥和混凝土結(jié)塊。

6. Clean the inlet and outlet around the mixing tank and working area of the self feeding mixer every day to make sure there is no cement and concrete caking.

自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌機(jī)對(duì)葉片的形狀、布局及其在拌筒內(nèi)的位置進(jìn)行了專門(mén)的設(shè)計(jì)，使得勻質(zhì)性好、進(jìn)出料速度快，出料殘余率低。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分是故障多發(fā)部位，應(yīng)按時(shí)加注潤(rùn)滑脂，并經(jīng)常檢查磨損情況，及時(shí)修理更換。保障液壓油清潔，流動(dòng)式自上料攪拌機(jī)工作環(huán)境惡劣，要防止污水泥沙進(jìn)入液壓系統(tǒng)。液壓油要按使用手冊(cè)要求定期更換。一旦檢查時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)液壓油中混入水或泥沙，就要立即停機(jī)清洗液壓系統(tǒng)、更換液壓油。

The shape, layout and position of the blades in the mixing drum of the automatic concrete mixer are specially designed, which makes the uniformity good, the feeding and discharging speed fast and the discharging residual rate low. The rotating part is the fault prone part, so the lubricating grease should be added on time, and the wear condition should be checked frequently, and the repair and replacement should be carried out in time. Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean, the working environment of the mobile self feeding mixer is bad, and prevent the dirty cement sand from entering the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be changed regularly according to the manual. Once the hydraulic oil is found to be mixed with water or sediment, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil.

自上料攪拌機(jī)應(yīng)該注意平時(shí)清潔。如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不清潔，會(huì)對(duì)車輛造成損壞，大大縮短自動(dòng)混凝土攪拌機(jī)的使用壽命。

The self feeding mixer should be clean at ordinary times. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will damage the vehicle and greatly shorten the service life of the automatic concrete mixer.
