對水泥攪拌機(jī)底盤進(jìn)行正確的潤滑可以減少汽車零件的磨損，增加攪拌機(jī)零件的使用壽命，但是在實(shí)施潤滑時(shí)應(yīng)注意一下幾點(diǎn)：

Proper lubrication of cement mixer chassis can reduce the wear of automobile parts and increase the service life of mixer parts, but the following points should be paid attention to when implementing lubrication:

1、正常使用情況下，按攪拌機(jī)廠家的保養(yǎng)周期進(jìn)行潤滑，環(huán)境惡劣情況下要適當(dāng)縮短保養(yǎng)周期。

1. Under normal use, lubrication should be carried out according to the maintenance cycle of mixer manufacturer, and the maintenance cycle should be appropriately shortened under bad environment.

2、要選用規(guī)定的潤滑油。代用油料須性能接近，主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)須保證，并且用代用油應(yīng)時(shí)常檢查，且縮短使用周期。

2. Select the specified lubricating oil. The performance of substitute oil must be close, the main technical indexes must be guaranteed, and the use of substitute oil should be checked frequently, and the service cycle should be shortened.

3、更換發(fā)動機(jī)機(jī)油時(shí)，要在熱狀態(tài)時(shí)進(jìn)行，以保證油能放盡。放油時(shí)應(yīng)注意檢查機(jī)油顏色是否正常、機(jī)油有無異物，以便發(fā)現(xiàn)故障隱患。待油放盡后，放油螺栓上的異物，然后擰緊。

3. When changing the engine oil, it should be done in the hot state to ensure that the oil can be exhausted. Pay attention to check whether the oil color is normal and whether there are foreign matters in the oil when discharging oil, so as to find out the hidden trouble. After the oil is drained, drain the foreign matter on the oil bolt and then tighten it.
             

4、進(jìn)行潤滑前，要清潔入口。潤滑后要清潔零件表面，以免沾上塵土和污物。

4. Clean the inlet before lubrication. Clean the surface of parts after lubrication to avoid dust and dirt.

5、更換新機(jī)油濾芯，將新機(jī)油注入發(fā)動機(jī)到油尺上限。為防止在沒有潤滑油的情況下啟動發(fā)動機(jī)，應(yīng)使高壓油泵處于斷油位置時(shí)按啟動按鈕，空轉(zhuǎn)一會兒后，再啟動發(fā)動機(jī)，并低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。檢查機(jī)油濾清器有無滲漏，停機(jī)后，檢查并補(bǔ)充機(jī)油油面到油尺上。

5. Replace the new oil filter element and fill the engine with new oil to the upper limit of oil dipstick. In order to prevent starting the engine without lubricating oil, press the start button when the high pressure oil pump is in the oil cut-off position. After idling for a while, start the engine again and run at low speed. Check the oil filter for leakage. After shutdown, check and replenish the oil level to the dipstick.

6、換機(jī)油濾芯：更換機(jī)油時(shí)，機(jī)油濾清器要同時(shí)更換，在密封墊上涂上一層薄薄的油，并且緊固濾清器。

6. Change the oil filter element: when changing the oil, change the oil filter at the same time, apply a thin layer of oil on the gasket, and fasten the filter.
