2、攪拌運(yùn)輸中，裝載混凝土量不能超過(guò)允許裝載質(zhì)量。

3、攪拌車在露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，使筒內(nèi)的積水和雜物排出。裝料前，需要先向筒內(nèi)加水，使進(jìn)料流暢，防止粘料。

4、攪拌車行駛中，接長(zhǎng)的卸料槽要翻轉(zhuǎn)后固定在卸槽上，再轉(zhuǎn)與車身垂直部位，用銷軸與機(jī)架固定，防止由于不固定而引起擺動(dòng)，打傷行人或影響車輛運(yùn)行。

5、攪拌車通過(guò)橋、洞、庫(kù)等設(shè)施時(shí)，應(yīng)注意通過(guò)高度及寬度，以免發(fā)生碰撞事故。特別需要注意的是現(xiàn)在四軸罐車的長(zhǎng)度很長(zhǎng)，在通過(guò)橋洞高度接近頂端時(shí)，長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的車身是下圓弧路面的一道弦，能通過(guò)的高度會(huì)降低。

9、攪拌筒由正轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉崔D(zhuǎn)時(shí)，先將操縱手柄放置中間位置，待攪拌筒停轉(zhuǎn)后，再將操縱手柄放置反轉(zhuǎn)位置。

10、水箱的水量要盡量保持裝滿，以防急用。冬季停車時(shí)，要將水箱和供水系統(tǒng)的水放凈。
