明確油道通暢，柴油發(fā)動機供給系統(tǒng)軟件沒有空氣后，可拆卸油泵蓋板，板動控制搖桿，撥動油泵拉桿，看拉桿是不是靈活和柱塞泵彈簧片是不是決裂。在自上料式混凝土攪拌機拉桿靈活和柱塞泵彈簧片沒壞的情況下，可運轉(zhuǎn)柴油發(fā)動機中速運轉(zhuǎn)十分鐘，再有斷火情況時，可以用一只銅榔頭輕輕地?fù)舸蜉斢捅么舐菝?，一面敲一面聽柴油發(fā)動機響聲，假設(shè)響聲反常，標(biāo)明輸油泵活塞和推桿發(fā)卡，開展維修或拆換。
