揚塵污染是混凝土攪拌機常見的環(huán)境污染，砂石、水泥的運輸、堆放、上料以及卸料過程中都會產(chǎn)生揚塵污染，因此，原材料在上料、配料、攪拌設(shè)備都必須實現(xiàn)全封閉，攪拌主機也要配置吸塵裝置，定期更換和保養(yǎng)。

混凝土攪拌機的骨料配料倉應采取封閉式筒倉；布設(shè)在密閉攪拌樓外的粉料筒倉及骨料簡倉必須配置除塵設(shè)施，且有專人管理，定時清潔，確保除塵設(shè)施正常運行;粉料簡倉上料口應配備密閉防塵設(shè)施，上料過程應有專人監(jiān)控，防止粉料泄漏。
