高溫過(guò)熱主要發(fā)生在攪拌機(jī)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、變速器、制動(dòng)器等設(shè)備上。如果發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)熱，大多是冷卻系統(tǒng)有問(wèn)題，冷卻液不足或者泵不工作；如果變速器和驅(qū)動(dòng)橋過(guò)熱，很可能是潤(rùn)滑油不足；制動(dòng)器過(guò)熱大多是由于制動(dòng)蹄無(wú)法返回造成的。這些現(xiàn)象可以直接反映在儀表盤(pán)的警示燈上，而不會(huì)分散太多的注意力，只要司機(jī)開(kāi)車(chē)時(shí)注意觀察就可以了。

5.攪拌機(jī)排氣顏色異常

一般情況下，攪拌機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排放的煙霧是二氧化碳和水蒸氣。如果廢氣中含有碳?xì)浠衔?、一氧化碳和碳顆粒，廢氣會(huì)變成藍(lán)色、黑色或白色，這意味著廢氣異常。。但潤(rùn)滑油上竄氣缸時(shí)，尾氣呈藍(lán)色；燃燒不完全時(shí)，尾氣呈黑色，油中摻水時(shí)，尾氣呈白色。

以上癥狀說(shuō)明混凝土攪拌機(jī)處于故障狀態(tài)。需要及時(shí)檢查維護(hù)。如果不重視，攪拌機(jī)的行駛和工作都會(huì)受到很大影響。
