攪拌一體機的氣路系統(tǒng)該如何保養(yǎng)？

像一些泥土之類的，需要攪拌一體機邊攪拌邊運輸，泥土含有一定的水分，一旦水分少了它就會變干，因此需要在運輸過程中慢慢攪拌，氣路系統(tǒng)作為攪拌機常用的一種部件，攪拌機的氣路系統(tǒng)的保養(yǎng)應該怎么做？

Therefore, it needs to be stirred slowly in the process of transportation. As a common part of the mixer, the air system of the mixer should be maintained?
1、攪拌一體機空氣壓縮機應水平放置、固定，通風良好。
1. The air compressor of mixer should be placed horizontally and fixed with good ventilation.
2、不能經受風吹雨淋，也不能暴曬在陽光下。
2. It can't stand the wind and rain, and it can't be exposed to the sun.
3、調整好空氣壓力自動開關的上下限值，壓力過低會導致氣缸動作遲緩，壓力過高對氣路系統(tǒng)密封件不利。
3. Adjust the upper and lower limits of the air pressure automatic switch. If the pressure is too low, the cylinder will move slowly. If the pressure is too high, it is not good for the seal of the air system.
4、檢查攪拌一體機潤滑油的油位，保持油面在油尺上下線之間，油面接近下線時，添加新油。
4. Check the lubricating oil level of the mixer, keep the oil level between the upper and lower line of the oil dipstick, and add new oil when the oil level is close to the lower line.
5、檢查傳送帶張力是否合適，當用手指壓皮帶，皮帶下陷10mm左右為宜；更換傳送帶時應整組更換，以保持張緊度一致。
5. Check whether the tension of the conveyor belt is appropriate. When pressing the belt with fingers, the belt should sink about 10 mm; When replacing the conveyor belt, the whole group should be replaced to maintain the same tension.
氣路系統(tǒng)對于攪拌一體機來說也是一處重要的部件，需要添加充足的油，并且保持油量充足，足夠攪拌機的運行，在提高攪拌機的使用效率的同時，也能加強對氣路系統(tǒng)的保養(yǎng)。
