可以先檢查控制系統(tǒng)有沒有問題，比如說全自動(dòng)上料機(jī)的各個(gè)參數(shù)，吸料，放料的時(shí)間是準(zhǔn)確無誤的，要是在這里有問題吸料機(jī)就有或許不能正常的吸料，應(yīng)及時(shí)的進(jìn)行更改處理。

You can first check whether there is a problem with the control system. For example, the parameters of the full-automatic feeding machine, the time of suction and discharge are accurate. If there is a problem here, the suction machine may not be able to suck normally and should be changed in time.

對(duì)設(shè)備的氣動(dòng)泵進(jìn)行檢查，看看它的壓縮空氣的管路的接口是否有配合。大部分情況下氣動(dòng)泵的氣源壓力是在6到7mpa，要是管路連接正常，就應(yīng)該檢查一下氣源的氣動(dòng)泵。

將上料機(jī)的上蓋代開，把過濾板拿出來往后調(diào)查在濾芯上面的灰塵雜質(zhì)是不是太多了，或許有的灰塵已經(jīng)結(jié)成了固體的凝塊，這種情況都會(huì)讓吸料機(jī)以不正常的壓力進(jìn)行吸料，出現(xiàn)這種問題，只要用氣槍吹掃干凈就可以了。

對(duì)全自動(dòng)上料機(jī)的吸料管道進(jìn)行檢查，是不是上面出現(xiàn)了漏氣，其他要注意地方就是所有的卡箍上面是不是都有密封圈且密閉圈無老化、無漏氣。在檢查的時(shí)分可以依據(jù)上面的順序來進(jìn)行，假如發(fā)現(xiàn)某一段問題的把它換掉或許是清潔干凈就可以了，要是仍是找不到原因的話可以找相關(guān)的人員或者聯(lián)系廠家來進(jìn)行檢查和維護(hù)。
