雙軸混合器的主要結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖所示，主要包括驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、進(jìn)料口螺桿葉片軸、罐體、出料口等部件。驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置由電機(jī)聯(lián)軸器、減速機(jī)、齒輪副組成。電機(jī)通過聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)減速機(jī)，再帶動(dòng)齒輪副運(yùn)行，實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)斜葉片軸的相移。螺旋葉片安裝在螺旋葉片軸上，螺旋葉片由耐磨材料制成。物料通過進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入罐內(nèi)，由螺旋葉片攪拌破碎。物料粒度均勻后從出料口出料。
