一、要定期進行保養(yǎng)規(guī)程所規(guī)定項目的維護、保養(yǎng)作業(yè)，如清洗、潤滑、加油等。

二、混凝土攪拌機開動前要先檢查各控制器是否良好，停工后要用水和石子倒入攪拌筒內(nèi)10-15分鐘進行清洗，再將水和石子清洗出。操作人員如須進入攪拌筒內(nèi)清洗時，除切斷電源和卸下熔斷器外，并須鎖好開關(guān)箱。

三、禁止用大錘敲打的方法清掃積存在混凝土攪拌機筒內(nèi)的混凝土，只能用鑿子清掃。

3、 It is forbidden to use the method of hammering to clean the concrete accumulated in the concrete mixer barrel, but only with chisel.

四、在嚴(yán)寒季節(jié)，工作完畢后應(yīng)用水清洗攪拌機滾筒并將水泵、水箱、水管內(nèi)積水放凈，以免水泵、水箱、水管等凍壞。

4、 In the severe cold season, after the work, the mixer drum should be cleaned with water, and the water in the water pump, water tank and water pipe should be drained to avoid freezing damage of the water pump, water tank and water pipe.

不要只注意混凝土攪拌機和攪拌機耐磨配件的維護工作，而忽略了其清洗過程，否則時間久了日積月累會對攪拌機各方面造成較大的副作用。
