確定油路暢通,柴油機供給系統(tǒng)沒有空氣后,可拆開油泵蓋板,板動操縱手柄,撥動油泵拉桿,看拉桿是否靈活和柱塞彈簧是否斷裂。在自動上料混凝土攪拌機拉桿靈活和柱塞彈簧沒斷的情況下,可啟動柴油機中速運轉(zhuǎn)10分鐘,還有斷火現(xiàn)象時,可用一只銅榔頭輕輕敲擊輸油泵大螺帽,一邊敲一邊聽柴油機聲音,如果聲音不正常,說明輸油泵活塞和推桿發(fā)卡,進行修理或更換。
