為保護和改善攪拌一體機環(huán)境，防止污染和其他公害，保障人體健康。我們要采取有效措施，防止攪拌機生產(chǎn)建設(shè)過程中產(chǎn)生的廢水、廢渣、粉塵、噪聲等對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的污染和危害。對生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的塵粉應(yīng)進行妥善處理，攪拌一體機設(shè)備應(yīng)設(shè)計水泥過濾池，攪拌設(shè)備采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆蹓m處理措施。

In order to protect and improve the mixing machine environment, prevent pollution and other public hazards, and protect human health. We should take effective measures to prevent the environmental pollution and harm caused by waste water, waste residue, dust, noise, etc. The dust and powder produced in the production process should be properly treated. The cement filter should be designed for the all-in-one mixer, and appropriate dust treatment measures should be taken for the mixing equipment.

（1）噪音控制：不在夜間安排噪聲很大的機械施工，避免一切非施工的噪聲。

（2）防塵措施：在拌和樓上料區(qū)側(cè)安裝4個噴淋裝置，防止揚塵飛散。場區(qū)內(nèi)灑水控制揚塵。

(2) Dust control measures: four spray devices are installed on the side of mixing area to prevent dust from flying away. Spray water in the site to control dust.

（3）廢物處理：將施工及生活中所生產(chǎn)的廢物集中堆置并及時處理。

(3) Waste treatment: the waste produced in construction and daily life shall be piled up and treated in time.

（4）污水處理：對施工和生活中產(chǎn)生的污水和廢水經(jīng)沉淀池后方可排放。

(4) Sewage treatment: the sewage and waste water produced in construction and life can be discharged through the sedimentation tank.

（5）防火措施：加強工地現(xiàn)場防火意識教育，現(xiàn)場配備足夠數(shù)量的防火設(shè)備，杜絕火患。

(5) Fire prevention measures: strengthen the education of fire prevention awareness on the construction site, and equip enough fire prevention equipment on the site to eliminate fire hazards.

（6）施工材料采用覆蓋運輸，以防灑漏，污染公路沿線設(shè)施。
