As we all know, since the loading mixer is used every day, it shall be cleaned in time to prevent the residual concrete in the tank of the mixer from solidification or corrosion to the equipment. But do you really know the cleaning process of the loading mixer?
1、每天的工作結(jié)束后，將攪拌罐內(nèi)注入適量的水，并保持?jǐn)嚢韫蘧徛D(zhuǎn)；
1. After the work every day, inject an appropriate amount of water into the mixing tank and keep the mixing tank rotating slowly;
2、將自上料攪拌車(chē)水箱里的水加滿(mǎn)，以保證清洗過(guò)程的水量充足；
2. Fill up the water in the water tank of the loading mixer to ensure sufficient water in the cleaning process;
3、向罐體內(nèi)注水，注水過(guò)程中保持?jǐn)嚢韫薰ぷ鳡顟B(tài)，以足夠的水量保證洗掉攪拌罐內(nèi)殘存的混凝土；
3. Inject water into the tank, maintain the working state of the mixing tank during the water injection process, and wash off the residual concrete in the mixing tank with sufficient water;
4、打開(kāi)洗車(chē)泵，接好高壓水槍?zhuān)ǜ叨俗陨狭蠑嚢柢?chē)標(biāo)配，有些廠家可能需要定制）；
4. Turn on the car washing pump and connect the high-pressure water gun (standard for high-end self loading mixer, some manufacturers may need to customize);
5、仔細(xì)清洗罐體、進(jìn)料口、出料口、車(chē)身等殘留物料；
5. Carefully clean residual materials such as tank body, feed inlet, discharge outlet and vehicle body;
6、確認(rèn)沒(méi)有水泥和混凝土結(jié)塊后，將攪拌罐內(nèi)的污水放掉。
6. After confirming that there is no cement and concrete caking, drain the sewage in the mixing tank.
