　　1、 攪拌機(jī)機(jī)身必須安裝平穩(wěn)牢固。

　　2、作業(yè)前應(yīng)檢查離合器和制動器是否靈活可靠，鋼絲繩有否斷絲損壞。防護(hù)裝置是否齊全可靠，并進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

　　3、禁止超負(fù)荷使用。機(jī)械運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中禁止用手或其他物體伸入拌和筒內(nèi)去撥弄、清洗和修理等工作。

　　5、料斗應(yīng)緩緩放下，以免下落速度太快，損壞機(jī)件或發(fā)生故障。進(jìn)料斗未停穩(wěn)前，不得進(jìn)料。

　　6、當(dāng)攪拌機(jī)滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中突然停電或發(fā)生故障時，應(yīng)用人力將拌和筒內(nèi)存料清出，然后進(jìn)行檢查或修理。

　　1、混凝土攪拌機(jī)在使用前要先檢查各個器件能否正常使用，停工后把一些水和石子放入攪拌桶內(nèi)開啟電源進(jìn)行清理15~20分鐘左右，再將水和石子清理出。
