一、混凝土攪拌機“悶罐”的原因

5、攪拌罐車“抱大軸”(指的是拌和機主軸粘結許多混凝土),或許其它部位粘結過多的混凝土,也是形成“悶罐”的多發(fā)原因。攪拌機里邊粘結東西越多,攪拌阻力越大,嚴重時就形成悶罐。這種情況下,操作手應密切注意攪拌主機的電流數(shù)值,電流數(shù)值過大,就有可能需求整理一下攪拌機內部了;6、攪拌罐車內混入鋼筋棍、鐵板等異物,或者攪拌臂折斷、電機相間不平衡、電源電壓過低一級異常情況也可能形成“悶罐”一般情況下,在一段時間內經常性的悶罐,前三種可能性更大一些。假如攪拌電機電流大,第五種可能性更大。
5.
