自動上料攪拌機開機前，應(yīng)按下“開機警告”按鈕，以示告警，室外電鈴響過幾次后，并確定不會有危險發(fā)生時再行開機，也可通過擴聲器予以警告。正常生產(chǎn)中，偶遇緊急情況也可通過此種方式予以警告。設(shè)備拌制出的穩(wěn)定土混合料（成口的配比及含水率，可采用取樣分析的辦法進行確定，然后根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果，再次對各配料機及供水流量進行的調(diào)整。

自動上料攪拌機投入正常運行時，應(yīng)配備三名熟練的工作人員，一人在控制臺負責(zé)整套設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)的操作，另外二人進行設(shè)備運行情況、物料的配給及供料狀況的巡視工作，并為保證皮帶機的對中運行隨時監(jiān)測、調(diào)整。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時協(xié)調(diào)或通知操作人員進行停機處理。
