雙軸混合器的主要結構如下圖所示,主要包括驅動裝置、進料口螺桿葉片軸、罐體、出料口等部件。驅動裝置由電機聯(lián)軸器、減速機、齒輪副組成。電機通過聯(lián)軸器帶動減速機,再帶動齒輪副運行,實現(xiàn)兩個斜葉片軸的相移。螺旋葉片安裝在螺旋葉片軸上,螺旋葉片由耐磨材料制成。物料通過進料口進入罐內,由螺旋葉片攪拌破碎。物料粒度均勻后從出料口出料。
