混凝土凝固后，其主要成分是硅酸二鈣、硅酸三鈣。理論上講，鹽酸可以與之反應解除其固態(tài)形狀。由于攪拌車的料口很小，鹽酸量難以控制，且鹽酸也可以與攪拌車罐體發(fā)生反應，所以操作很難實現(xiàn)。實踐中一旦出現(xiàn)這種情況，往往需要用電焊或氣割切開罐體，然后將凝固的混凝土機械破碎。

方法之二、風炮

如果攪拌車內(nèi)的混凝土已經(jīng)凝固，建議可以用“風炮”打碎已經(jīng)凝結(jié)的混凝土，然后一點點鏟出來！通常罐體下部要割開一個口，然后加翻開一個原來就有用羅絲上緊的封蓋，這個蓋是讓有需求進去工作時翻開通風和緊急情況放料的。在打罐過程中人在罐里面要通風，在裝料罐入口應放臺風扇吹風進去，而“風炮”工作時會起灰塵，又要接上水管淋濕打碎的混凝土。把罐里面的混凝土打碎鏟出以后再把割開部分焊接上，上回封蓋，裝滿水試下轉(zhuǎn)動能否正常，然后少量裝料遞增看液壓機工作能否正常，如果一切正常則表示可以繼續(xù)運作了。
