1、還請(qǐng)您留下詳細(xì)的收貨地址，以便于后期為您填寫貨物運(yùn)單，運(yùn)單內(nèi)容填寫的準(zhǔn)確性對(duì)到站及時(shí)向您發(fā)出催領(lǐng)通知有很大的幫助。

1. Please also leave a detailed receiving address so that you can fill in the cargo waybill later. The accuracy of the content of the waybill is very helpful for the arrival station to send out the reminder notice to you in time.

2、運(yùn)單中收貨人名稱的填寫十分重要，收貨人是個(gè)人的應(yīng)與本人的身份證姓名相吻合，收貨人是單位的應(yīng)與公章及單位全稱相吻合。

2. It is very important to fill in the name of the consignee in the waybill. If the consignee is an individual, it should be consistent with the name of his ID card. If the consignee is a unit, it should be consistent with the official seal and the full name of the unit.

3、領(lǐng)貨憑證您應(yīng)妥善保管，它是收貨人在到站領(lǐng)取貨物的重要憑證，一旦丟失會(huì)給收貨人在到站的交付手續(xù)增添很多麻煩。

3. You should keep the receipt properly. It is an important voucher for the consignee to collect the goods at the arrival station. Once it is lost, it will add a lot of trouble to the delivery procedure of the consignee at the arrival station.

4、我公司會(huì)在發(fā)貨前給客戶提供產(chǎn)品部件實(shí)拍圖，產(chǎn)品出廠無任何破損刮傷，由于現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)物流：亂收費(fèi)；包掉不包壞的態(tài)度，希望顧客收到我公司產(chǎn)品時(shí)開箱詳細(xì)查看。是否有破損刮傷及時(shí)和我公司聯(lián)系，以便我們發(fā)生不必要的糾紛。

4. Our company will provide customers with actual pictures of product parts before delivery, and the products will leave the factory without any damage or scratch; I hope customers will open the box and check it carefully when they receive our products. If there is any damage or scratch, please contact our company in time so that we can have unnecessary disputes.
