457后橋標(biāo)載13噸,457橋加大了軸承,承載量還是一樣的,沒(méi)什么大的變化。按參數(shù)說(shuō)153是東風(fēng)10噸橋,457是13噸橋。而且457比153承載能力強(qiáng),153橋是十噸橋,半軸螺絲八棵,傳動(dòng)軸六根絲;457橋是十三噸橋,半軸螺絲十棵,傳動(dòng)軸八根絲。

153橋,其被動(dòng)齒輪分度圓直徑為435mm,是當(dāng)初東風(fēng)引進(jìn)的日產(chǎn)柴的技術(shù),前橋5T,后橋10T,裝在東風(fēng)當(dāng)初的153車(chē)型上,得名153橋。

457橋的457指的是減速器從動(dòng)齒輪節(jié)圓直徑為457mm,13噸中后橋。435、460、457、485、300等等這些數(shù)字,都代表了該車(chē)橋中間被動(dòng)齒輪(也就是大家常說(shuō)的盆齒)的節(jié)圓直徑。

后橋的作用是什么?

1、如果是前橋驅(qū)動(dòng)的車(chē)輛,那么后橋就僅僅是隨動(dòng)橋而已,只起到承載的作用。

2、如果前橋不是驅(qū)動(dòng)橋,那么后橋就是驅(qū)動(dòng)橋,這時(shí)候除了承載作用外還起到驅(qū)動(dòng)和減速還有差速的作用。

1.承載級(jí)別:是指后橋設(shè)計(jì)大承載質(zhì)量,以噸表示如:6噸級(jí),10噸級(jí),11噸級(jí)。等級(jí)超過(guò)13噸級(jí)的在國(guó)內(nèi)道路是禁止的。

2.速比:是指用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速或者電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)除以減速機(jī)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)數(shù),得出的數(shù)值就是減速機(jī)的速比。在出廠時(shí)車(chē)輛會(huì)注明這個(gè)數(shù)值,因?yàn)槿蘸缶S修可能需要用到。
2. Speed ratio: the speed ratio of the reducer is obtained by dividing the speed of the engine or the revolution of the motor by the output revolution of the reducer. This value will be indicated when the vehicle leaves the factory because it may be needed for future maintenance.
