　　攪拌車零部件如果臟了，過濾效果就會惡化，在油缸中過度雜質(zhì)，增加零件磨損，會增加失敗的可能性;如果被嚴(yán)重堵塞，就會導(dǎo)致車輛不能正常工作。攪拌車底盤的維護(hù)也是很重要的，在雨中駕駛攪拌一體機(jī)，潤滑油等容易洗掉雨水，導(dǎo)致底盤易受腐蝕，所以注意攪拌一體機(jī)底盤的清潔和防銹處理是很重要的。

　　酸雨中含有雜質(zhì)，攪拌一體機(jī)被雨淋后，很長時間不清潔，酸會腐蝕一層明亮漆膜的外觀，油漆會變得暗淡無光。所以在雨后洗車比以往任何時候都更重要。
