(1)在封閉的減速機(jī)箱內(nèi)，每一對齒輪相嚙合及齒輪浸入油中攪油都發(fā)生熱量。跟著運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時間的持久，使減速箱內(nèi)溫度逐增加，箱體內(nèi)潤滑油經(jīng)飛濺，灑在減速機(jī)箱體內(nèi)壁，因潤滑油的粘度隨溫度升高而低落，油的滲透性更強(qiáng)，在箱內(nèi)壓力浸箱面或軸伸密封不嚴(yán)處滲漏。

(2) Diversion. When the reducer is running at high speed, because the gear is immersed in the oil pool, the oil belt will take off and splash on the inner wall of the box during rotation. The oil splashed on the inner wall of the box and the seal of the shaft head shall be retained to prevent the oil from gradually soaking out between the upper and lower boxes and the shaft head. The oil return groove can be opened at the joint surface of the upper and lower boxes of the reducer, and the oil is designed at the shaft head. The half round groove is stuck at the shaft head to make the oil splashed on the upper cover flow into the lower box along the two ends of the half round groove, so that the oil splashed on the box will not leak out.
