水泥罐車灰罐堵塞怎么處理才好?

1、裝料前，應檢查并罐體及出料管道內的積灰和結渣等物；各管道、閥門應啟閉靈活，不得有堵塞、漏氣等現(xiàn)象；各連接部件應牢固可靠，方可進行裝料。

2、在打開裝料口前，應先打開排氣閥，排除罐內殘余氣壓。

3、裝料時，應打開料罐內料位器開關，待料位器發(fā)出滿位聲響信號時，應立即停止裝料。

4、裝料完畢，應將裝料口邊緣上堆積的水泥清掃干凈，蓋好進料口蓋，并把插銷插好鎖緊。

5、卸料前，應將車輛停放在平坦的卸料場地，裝好卸料管，關閉卸料管蝶閥和卸壓管球閥，打開二次風管并接通壓縮空氣，保證空氣壓縮機在無載情況下啟動。

6、在向罐內加壓時，應確認卸料閥處于關閉狀態(tài)。待罐內氣壓達到卸料壓力時，應先稍開二次風嘴閥后再打開卸料閥，并調節(jié)二次風嘴閥的開度來調整空氣與水泥的比例。
6. When pressurizing the tank, confirm that the discharge valve is closed. When the air pressure in the tank reaches the discharge pressure, slightly open the secondary air nozzle valve before opening the discharge valve, and adjust the opening of the secondary air nozzle valve to adjust the optimal ratio of air to cement.
7、卸料過程中，應觀察壓力表壓力變化情況，如壓力突然上升，而輸氣軟管堵塞，不再出料，應停止送氣并放出管內壓氣，然后堵塞。
7. During unloading, observe the pressure change of the pressure gauge. If the pressure rises suddenly and the gas transmission hose is blocked and no longer discharging, stop the gas supply and discharge the air pressure in the pipe, and then remove the blockage.
8、卸料作業(yè)時，空氣壓縮機應有專人負責，其他人員不得擅自操作。在進行加壓卸料時，不得改變內燃機轉速。

9、卸料結束，應打開放氣閥，放盡罐內余氣，并關閉各部閥門。車輛行駛過程中，罐內不得有壓力。

10、雨天不得在露天裝卸水泥。應經常檢查并確認進料口蓋關閉嚴實，不得讓水或濕空氣進入罐內。
10. Cement shall not be loaded and unloaded in the open air in rainy days. Frequently check and confirm that the feed inlet cover is closed tightly, and water or wet air shall not enter the tank.
11、在車底下進行保養(yǎng)、檢修時，應將內燃機熄火、拉緊手制動器并將車輪楔牢。

12、水泥罐車經修理后需要試車時，應由合格人員駕駛，車上不得載人、載物，當需在道路上試車時，應掛交通管理部門頒發(fā)的試車牌照。
12. When the cement tank truck needs to be tested after repair, it shall be driven by qualified personnel, and the vehicle shall not carry people or objects. When it needs to be tested on the road, it shall be hung with the test license issued by the traffic management department.
13、在坡道上停放時，下坡停放應掛上倒檔，上坡停放應掛上一檔，并應使用三角木楔等塞緊輪胎。
13. When parking on the ramp, reverse gear shall be engaged for downhill parking, first gear shall be engaged for uphill parking, and triangular wooden wedge shall be used to plug the tire.
