　　操作流程：

　　一、行車前，要認真檢查車輛狀況，保障車輛能行駛。

　　1、 Before driving, carefully check the condition of the vehicle to ensure the safe driving of the vehicle.

　　二、攪拌車在露天停放時，裝料前應將攪拌筒反轉，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質量。

　　2、 When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be reversed before loading to discharge water and debris, so as to ensure the quality of concrete.
              

　　三、在運輸混凝土時，要保證斜料槽放置牢固，防止因松動造成擺動，在行進中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運行 ，同時要注意避免混凝土溢出污染地面。

　　3、 When transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the inclined trough is placed firmly to prevent swinging due to looseness, which may injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles. 　　四、混凝土罐車運送混凝土的時間不能超過攪拌站規(guī)定的時間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現(xiàn)象。司機應時常觀察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時通報主控室，申請做出處理。

　　4、 The time of concrete transportation by concrete tank truck shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregation. The driver shall observe the concrete condition from time to time, report the abnormality to the main control room and apply for handling.

　　五、車內裝有混凝土時，在現(xiàn)場停滯時間不得超過1小時，如超時應立刻要求現(xiàn)場負責人給予及時處理。

　　5、 When the vehicle is filled with concrete, the stagnation time on the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be asked to deal with it in time.

　　六、攪拌車運送非泵送料時，從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超過2小時，超過2小時必須排出。陰雨天氣溫度低時，不得超過2.5小時。

　　6、 When the mixer transports non pumping materials, it shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it must be discharged after more than 2 hours. It should not exceed 2.5 hours in rainy weather and low temperature.

　　七、在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動1分鐘，再進行排料。

　　7、 Before discharging the concrete, the mixing drum should be rotated at the speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.

　　八、攪拌運輸車出料結束，應立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈排去粘結在車身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，保持車輛衛(wèi)生。

　　8、 At the end of discharging of the mixer truck, the hose attached to the truck shall be used to drain water immediately to clean the inlet, discharge hopper, discharge chute and other parts, so as to drain the dirt and residual concrete adhered to the vehicle body, and keep the vehicle clean.

　　九、司機運料過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)工地、道路、車輛等異常情況時，應及時通知主控室、調度、車隊等相關部門人員，以提前做好生產(chǎn)調整應對。

　　9、 When the driver finds any abnormal conditions such as construction site, road and vehicle in the process of transporting materials, the driver shall timely inform the personnel of relevant departments such as the main control room, dispatching and fleet, so as to make production adjustment response in advance.

　　十、車輛司機每日應認真填好行車運料等相關記錄，每日結束時及時報表。

　　10、 The vehicle driver shall fill in the relevant records of transportation materials and other relevant records every day, and report in time at the end of each day.
