一、選擇平整堅(jiān)實(shí)的場地，周圍有良好的排水溝渠，將小型混凝土攪拌機(jī)推場地，等待備用。
1、 Choose a flat and solid site with good drainage ditches around. Push the small concrete mixer to the site and wait for standby.
二、檢查混凝土攪拌機(jī)的軸承、電動(dòng)機(jī)和電器元件的接線牢固，保護(hù)接零或接地電阻是否符合規(guī)定，如有異常需要立即更換。
2、 Check whether the connection of the bearing, motor and electrical components of the concrete mixer is firm and whether the protective zero connection or grounding resistance meets the requirements. If there is any abnormality, it needs to be replaced immediately.
三、接上混凝土攪拌機(jī)的電源，按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，使混凝土攪拌機(jī)空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查攪拌桶或葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與筒體上箭頭的方向是否一致。
3、 Connect the power supply of the concrete mixer, press the start button to make the concrete mixer run without load, and check whether the rotation direction of the mixing bucket or blade is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the cylinder.
四、攪拌機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒達(dá)到正常轉(zhuǎn)速后進(jìn)行上料，上料時(shí)及時(shí)加水。加料的次序?yàn)槭?-水泥--沙子或者沙子--水泥--石子。

五、混凝土攪拌機(jī)處在攪拌的工作中時(shí)，注意觀察機(jī)械的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況，當(dāng)有異?；蜉S承溫升過高等現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)停機(jī)檢查。

六、完成一次攪拌工作后，將攪拌筒內(nèi)的攪拌物全部倒出后，方可加入新的攪拌物。

七、混凝土攪拌機(jī)使用過后要及時(shí)清理干凈，以免剩余的攪拌物吸附在攪拌筒壁上。
