Composition and function of concrete mixer:

　　攪拌機構(gòu)是由水平安置的雙圓槽形拌筒與兩根按相反方向轉(zhuǎn)動的攪拌軸和其上安裝的攪拌葉片組成的。攪拌葉片的作用半徑是相互交叉的，葉片與軸中心會連成一定角度，并且前后上下都會錯開一定的空間。所以當(dāng)攪拌軸開始轉(zhuǎn)動時，葉片一方面要帶動著混合料在兩個拌筒內(nèi)輪番地作圓周運動，上下翻滾，同時還要在攪拌葉片相遇或重疊的部位，混合料在兩軸之間的共域相互交換體位;另一方面推動混合料沿著攪拌軸方向，不斷地從一個旋轉(zhuǎn)平面向另一個旋轉(zhuǎn)平面運動。

　　取一運動的微小混凝土混合料作為一個運動單元，該單元在攪拌過程中有著復(fù)雜的運動形式。當(dāng)攪拌葉片帶動該單元由拌筒底部向上運動時，由于其處在重力作用下沒有其他阻擋，混合料從由擠緊狀態(tài)松脫出來產(chǎn)生分散拋落，如同自落攪拌過程;當(dāng)攪拌葉片推動該單元向下運動時，由于拌筒內(nèi)壁和附近物料的阻力，使混合料受到擠壓力、摩擦力作用，既有大的流動，又有小范圍的擠散和重新混合，如同強制攪拌過程。
