1、攪拌一體機(jī)空氣壓縮機(jī)應(yīng)水平放置、固定，通風(fēng)良好。

2、不能經(jīng)受風(fēng)吹雨淋，也不能暴曬在陽光下。

3、調(diào)整好空氣壓力自動(dòng)開關(guān)的上下限值，壓力過低會(huì)導(dǎo)致氣缸動(dòng)作遲緩，壓力過高對(duì)氣路系統(tǒng)密封件不利。
3. Adjust the upper and lower limits of the air pressure automatic switch. If the pressure is too low, the cylinder will move slowly. If the pressure is too high, it is not good for the seal of the air system.
4、檢查攪拌一體機(jī)潤滑油的油位，保持油面在油尺上下線之間，油面接近下線時(shí)，添加新油。

5、檢查傳送帶張力是否合適，當(dāng)用手指壓皮帶，皮帶下陷10mm左右為宜；更換傳送帶時(shí)應(yīng)整組更換，以保持張緊度一致。
